How many pancakes come in a package? And how big are they?

9 delicious pancakes come in a package, and they are 3 1/4 inches in diameter.

 

What is considered a serving size?

A serving size is 3 pancakes.

 

Are your ingredients organic and GMO free? 

We are not a certified organic or a certified non-GMO company (just yet!) however, we source our ingredients from high quality companies, and use some organic ingredients.  Using pure, unaltered and clean ingredients is very important to us.  See our ingredients page for more info.

 

Do you utilize a "Certified Gluten Free" kitchen space?

As of right now, we  do not Certified Gluten Free kitchen. We use a commercial, shared kitchen space.  We take food allergies very seriously. It is EXTREMELY important to the AngelicMom crew that before every production run, the kitchen is sanitized.  AngelicMom uses their own sanitizer, soap, rags, gloves, hairnets, aprons, and equipment to ensure the safety of our customers. 

 

Are JuneBug Pancakes perishable?

Yes.  As with any food intended to stay cold or frozen, warm temps will start to affect the quality of the product. See our shipping page for more information as to how to keep your product fresh in transit to your doorstep. 

 

Is it safe to Re-freeze?

Yes, JuneBug Pancakes are re-freezable.  We highly recommend freezing immediately upon arrival to ensure quality and freshness.

 

How do I cook JuneBug Pancakes? 

Oven or toaster oven: (preferred method)

Preheat to 375°F.  Remove pancakes from plastic wrap and place on wire rack in oven for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and hot.  *Because individual ovens heat differently, you may need to increase or decrease heating time.*

Toaster:  Heat pancakes on low setting until crisp and hot.

 

Are JuneBug Pancakes Microwaveable?

Yes, they are microwaveable, however it is not the preferred method of cooking.
