Q: What is your USPS shipping schedule?
A: We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Packages are a 1-3 day service across the country. If something changes, we will notify you via email to let you know the scoop.
Q: Do you send tracking information?
A: Yes. We will send you a shipment notification with your tracking number when your order ships.
Q: Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or a military post office?
A: Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes or a military post office.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
A: Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada at this time.
Q: Do you ship your pancakes frozen?
A: Yes. Our pancakes are shipped frozen. While they thaw in transit, it is SAFE for you to re-freeze your product. Your packaged is shipped in a padded envelope, or a box.
Q: Does someone have to be present to accept delivery?
A: No. BUT! If you plan to be away for delivery, or, if you won't be home for the majority of the day, please be sure there is someone to pick up your package so your order can stay as fresh as possible.
Q: Do you ship with dry ice?
